So it is with absolute delight that I can announce that thanks to the Screenrights Cultural Fund Initiative Rami Fischler and I will be bringing together storytellers in the form of TV Producers, writers and directors, academics and subject matter experts and people with lived experience to tackle some of the wicked problems of our time - climate change and inequality, diversity and inclusion (which are of course inextricably linked). We’ll hear from experts who have been involved in meaningful impact as well exploring different ways we can measure impact in the climate and diversity space. Along the way we will be examining exactly how we got here, as well as looking at the power of stories to create change. Each week you will have access to pre-recorded expert content and exercises before meeting the expert and your team members for thought provoking discussions, activities, and ideation exercises. We’ll tackle the biggest issues of our time - the climate crisis, and inequality and discrimination, along with industry experts and industry practitioners.Īll sessions will be held on zoom (and we encourage applicants from across the country).
